Among the types of transactions the lawyers in this group handle are the acquisition and development of real property, financing transactions and leasing of commercial and industrial properties. Our attorneys are experts in handling residential real estate transactions for builders and homeowners.

Banking

Services have included handling the documentation of loans, major collection suits, workout negotiations and foreclosure, and other creditors' rights proceedings.
