History

O'Malley, Miles, Nylen & Gilmore, P.A. is the result of the original merger in 1995 of two firms, O'Malley & Miles and Nylen & Gilmore, and, more recently, a 2006 merger of O’Malley, Miles, Nylen & Gilmore, P.A. and Fossett & Brugger, Chartered, both with long histories of involvement in suburban Maryland. The merger resulted in one of the area's most prominent multi-service Law Firms in Prince George’s County, with branch offices in Annapolis and La Plata. These mergers have allowed us to better serve current and future clients with an even broader range of services and areas of specialization and legal expertise.

Community

OMNG's unwavering dedication to client service, along with continuous involvement in charitable, civic, professional and business affairs and associations of the area, has resulted in an exceedingly positive reputation in the legal, business and civic community.

Our attorneys are active in the Greater Washington Board of Trade, the Washington/Baltimore Regional Association, the Federal City Council, Maryland and local chambers of commerce, national, state and local bar associations, and the American Arbitration Association. We also serve on governmental commissions and authorities.

OMNG principals and associates lecture and speak regularly to professional, trade and business organizations. We regularly sponsor seminars and conferences for our clients on legal developments in our specialty areas. We have been speakers and lecturers at seminars sponsored by the Maryland State Bar Association.
