Zachary J. Conjeski is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Banking Practice Group, where he concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions, tax planning and estate planning.  Mr. Conjeski is experienced in corporate formations, reorganizations and dissolutions. 

Zachary has been successful in devising unique estate plans that include family limited liability companies, annual gifts and Last Will and Testaments, taking advantage of unlimited marital deductions, federal estate tax exemptions, and the generation skipping tax exemption.  Mr. Conjeski's skillful abilities have resulted in estates owing very little in federal and state taxes upon death and the ability to pass down substantial wealth to generations.

Mr. Conjeski received his Master of Law in Taxation from the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law and graduated with distinction from Ohio Northern University Petit College of Law, where he received a Judicial Scholarship, as well as CALI Awards in Constitutional Law I and Evidence.  Mr. Conjeski received his B.A. from West Virginia University.

Mr. Conjeski is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice in Maryland and Florida.
