VaLiesha M. Brown is a member of the Firm’s Administrative Law and Government Relations Practice Group, where she concentrates her practice in land use & zoning, government relations and administrative proceedings. Working closely with the Firm’s senior Administrative Law and Government Relations attorneys, Ms. Brown is involved in all areas of the Firm’s practice group.
Prior to joining O’Malley, Miles, Nylen & Gilmore,
P.A., Ms. Brown developed a strong background in research and
problem-solving as the law clerk for the Honorable Robert C. Nalley,
Associate Judge of the
Ms. Brown graduated from Howard University School of
Law where she was a merit fellow, a J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association
Scholar and a Public Interest Law Society scholar.
While in law school, Ms. Brown was President of the Goler T. Butcher
International Moot Court Team; and a student attorney in the Criminal
Justice legal clinic. Ms. Brown
received her B.A. in Business
Administration from the

currently active in the Maryland State Bar Association, the J. Franklyn
