
Hana Rose Kondratyuk is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Banking Practice Group, where she concentrates her practice on community association law, commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, and estate administration. Working closely with the Firm’s senior Real Estate and Banking Practice Group attorneys, Ms. Kondratyuk is involved in all areas of the Firm’s real estate practice, and is primarily engaged in collection and foreclosure proceedings, probate of decedent’s estates, preparation of wills and estate planning documents, and real estate settlements.
Prior to joining O’Malley, Miles, Nylen & Gilmore, P.A., while clerking during law school, Ms. Kondratyuk developed a strong background in enforcing covenants, examining and interpreting various association creation documents, drafting declarations, bylaws, amendments, and rules, as well as collecting assessments and preparing foreclosure actions. As an attorney, Ms. Kondratyuk assists the Firm’s community association clients by examining condominium and homeowners’ association documents, implementing and overseeing association assessment collection, securing liens for unpaid assessments, and guiding her clients through the complex foreclosure process.
Ms. Kondratyuk has
recently been awarded membership to the Heuisler Honor Society after
graduating magna cum laude from
the University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in Real
Estate. While in law school, Ms.
Kondratyuk served as the Articles Editor on the
Ms. Kondratyuk is a member of the Jewish National
Foundation and is active in the Maryland State Bar Association where she is
a member of the Young Lawyers Section. She
