
Bethany L. Flanders is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Banking Practice Group, where she concentrates her practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial and residential foreclosures, estate planning, estate administration, as well as family law. Working closely with the Firm’s senior Real Estate and Banking Practice Group attorneys, Ms. Flanders is involved in all areas of the Firm’s real estate practice.
Prior to joining O’Malley, Miles, Nylen & Gilmore,
P.A., Ms. Flanders developed a strong background in case management and
experience in various legal proceedings while interning for the

cum laude from the University of
Baltimore School of Law with where she was involved in the Criminal Law
Association; Student Animal Legal Defense Fund; and became a Certified
Mediator. Ms. Flanders
received her B.A. from

and active member of the community, Ms. Flanders participates in the
Adopt-A-Highway program and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
Ms. Flanders is also active in the Maryland State Bar Association
where she participates in the Young Lawyers Section, Trusts & Estates
Section, Real Property Section, and Family Law Section.
